# Lieferdienst

Ich wünsche mir einen Ernährungsplan mit Lieferdienst.

Ich teile meine Daten:

* Ziel
  * Zielgewicht
  * Fettgehalt
  * Muskelmasse
  * Zeitraum
* Gewicht, Fettgehalt, ...
* Verbrauchte Kalorien
* Aufgenommene Kalorien
* Training
* Wie fühle ich mich
* Hunger?

  und bekomme am nächsten Tag die Mahlzeiten und Mengen geliefert, die ich benötige.
