## Ziel

Schönes Zuhause zum Wohlfühlen einrichten

## Notizen

Ich möchte in einer "Walkable City" leben. Das bedeutet, dass ich alle täglichen Ziele zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichen kann. Ich möchte außerdem in einem Mehrfamileinhaus wohnen.

Im Erdgeschoss sind Gerwerbeflächen und öffentliche Plätze. Darüber sind die Wohnungen.

Die Wohnungen haben eine unterschiedliche Anzahl an Zimmern, sodass Menschen in unterschiedlichen Situationen/Verhältnissen (arm/reich, Single/Famile, ...) zusammen wohnen.

* Ich möchte in einer echten Gemeinschaft wohnen.
* Um die Gebäude soll viel Natur sein.
* Mehr Menschen pro Gebäude, weniger Gebäude, dafür mehr Natur.

-> energieeffizenter -> mehr Gemeinschaft -> mehr Natur -> kürzere Wege => glücklichere Menschen

## Notizen

* Blumen & Pflanzen werten jeden Raum auf!
* Mid-Century Häuser
* Ich möchte nur Frühling und Sommer erleben. Im Herbst in Deutschland möchte ich in ein Land ziehen in dem Frühling ist. Im Frühling in Deutschland komme ich zurück.
* Lieber zwei kleine als eine große Matratze
* Erkunden der nahen Umgebung. Man erkennt vielleicht wie schön es zuhause ist

## Renovieren

* Mindestens 50 % Puffer auf die erwarteten Kosten aufschlagen

## Gebäude

Ich halte es für sinnvoll Gebäude aus lokalen Resourcen zu bauen und alte Techniken zu verwenden. Viele der Gebäude halten ewig, kosten wenig und können ohne Maschinen gebaut werden.

Außerdem sollten Gebäude energiesparend ausgerichtet werden (Ost-West mit Fenstern Richtung Süden, Lager im Norden).

So könnte theoretisch jeder sein eigenes Haus bauen.

Außerdem kann man das Holz für eine Renovierung direkt auf dem Grundstück anpflanzen.
